Assistant restaurant manager to work in both Haché sites (Camden and Chelsea). You will have had some years experience in the restaurant sector - possibly at managerial level.

You will need to be an exceptional ‘people person’, who is able to lead and stimulate our enthusiastic young teams to the standards which have won Haché such acclaim from both reviewers and customers. You will be able to keep a cool head in a busy, buzzy environment, and thrive on it.
